Driver accused in fatal wreck was over legal alcohol limit.
“CORPUS CHRISTI — An 18-year-old man accused of causing a fatal accident June 5 had a blood alcohol level of 0.22, almost three times the legal limit of 0.08, Corpus Christi police said.”
