The pornography diaspora

Porn is so important that blind and deaf people must have it, according to some subliminal societal current grabbing at my ankles and threatening to drown me in my own disgust.
It’s not that porn is bad. It’s that people make porn bad. Try going to your nearest porn shop. They will definitely have the video “Barefoot and Pregnant 9″ in stock. How are there 9 of them? Not sure. Do I want to know? No.
Since some porn chooses not to straight-up exploit, I had hopes that the porn these charitable souls were transcribing into audio podcasts for the blind and more visual imagery for the deaf would carry different imagery and presentation of gender.
The site Porn for the Blind unfortunately still carries “Big Tits, Round Asses” and “Eighth Street Latina.” Outrageous!
Basically it’s simulating an image of a woman that is generally untrue for someone who has NEVER experienced imagery. It also breaks down the racist undertones in pornography: Latinas? Blind people don’t give a shit until they are taught to what race that person is!
Someone save them?
